Latest Ickenham Residents’ Association Newsletter
| Our Autumn newsletter is now out for delivery and will hopefully soon be dropping through Association members’ letterboxes Our stewards will also be doing their best to collect subs from you so, if you find an envelope along with the newsletter we would be very grateful if you could return it with the money and noting your name and address to the road steward named on the envelope. We are still desperately short of people to deliver the newsletter so there will be copies in several locations in the village including Maison du Soleil and the Library. Please, if you think you may be able to spare an hour or so once a quarter to help, either let your road steward know (see above) or contact us at ickenhamresidents@hotmail.com or our membership secretary Julian Ingram ickres.memsec@gmail.com or 01895 236955. We would love to hear from you Thank you in advance |

At long last we are able to print and deliver our latest newsletter

Ickenham Residents’ Association Newsletter etc.
This from the IRA:
AGM: Regrettably, given the current situation we will have to postpone our 2021 AGM scheduled for April. We will keep monitoring the situation and as soon as we are able to do so, will arrange a new date for the AGM
Newsletter: Read the Spring edition of our Ickenham Calling newsletter online at https://ickenhamresidents.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/nl-spring-2021-final.pdf
We have also printed a limited number of copies and are very grateful to the ICN distribution team who have kindly agreed to let us put copies in their plastic dispensers – we will be distributing our newsletter to these locations over the next few days
These dispensers can be found in the following locations throughout the village: Aylsham Drive, Breakspear Road South, Bushey Road, Clovelly Avenue, Derwent Avenue, Glebe Avenue, Glebe School, London & Home Counties, Oak Avenue, St Giles’ Churchyard, The Avenue, The Greenway, The Grove, Thornhill Road (2 Dispensers), Urc/Rectory and Wallasey Crescent.
Thank you for your understanding and fingers crossed for our Summer edition
Autumn Newsletter availability update
This updates the post made recently about newsletter availability:
Along with other Ickenham organisations, we are not printing and delivering our normal newsletter for September. We decided that there was no certainty that the situation in September would stay the same, and we would therefore issue the newsletter mainly online. It is available on our website to download.
If you are unable to download it, please email us on Ickenhamresidents@hotmail.com and we will email you a copy. We will also print off a very limited number of paper copies which will be available for those who are not online to collect this week from designated points in the village, which will be Ickenham Library, Dalton’s Egg Van (on Saturdays) and Maison du Soleil.
We trust you understand our reasons for this, but we cannot risk the health and wellbeing of all our volunteers. The situation will be reviewed again before the next newsletter is due out in December.
Autumn Newsletter available here
Normally, we add newsletters to the archive as soon as the next one hits the streets. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the street-hitting still hasn’t started up.
You’ll find the Winter 2020 issue in the website archive.
If you are not a member of the Residents’ Association, for a £2 per annum subscription, you can normally get the newsletters hot off the press. For no extra, and at your choice, the Association will keep you updated with more immediate news by email. If you are a member and don’t get the emails, drop a line to ickenhamresidents@hotmail.com
