Road closures and HS2 updates – bumper bundle

A 40 There will be night works to repair the Denham Viaduct as follows
Eastbound: From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. 15th to 25th October Monday to Friday only
Westbound: From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. 8th to 19th November Monday to Friday only

HS2 Works Notification: Notice of road closure on Harvil Road

What we are doing
We need to construct a temporary highway to the side of the current Harvil Road to allow us to start work on the new road realignment of Harvil Road.
From 29 October to 5 November, we will start work to construct the tie-ins to the current highway. We will asphalt the temporary diversion along Harvil road, including kerbs installation, fencing works on the tie-in points and a new footpath will be constructed at the side of the road.
To safely carry out the works we need to close the road between Skip Lane and the Dogs Trust. During the road closure access will be maintained for residents and emergency services.

How this work might affect you
Harvil Road will be fully closed 24 hours a day from 29 October to 5 November. A diversion will be in place via Moorhall Road / A412 / A40 and will be clearly marked.

Access to the Dogs Trust will be maintained throughout the works.

Update on weekly works at West Ruislip:
This weeks works at West Ruislip will consist of installation of site compounds and utility connections, commencement of excavation work and monitoring and soil removal.

Update on weekly works at Breakspear Road South:
This weeks works at Breakspear Road South will consist of using hydro breakers to trim concrete top from piling, earthworks and creating the foundation for the site car park as well as various monitoring surveys.

Upcoming works at Harvil Road and Copthall:
This weeks works at Harvil Road and Copthall consists of utility connection and highways preparation, piling works for the west portal of the Copthall tunnel and preparation works for a footpath diversion.
