Dear all
We would like to invite you and your members to a meeting to hear about the updated proposals for the new Hillingdon Hospital. This will take place on Thursday 12 November in the Education Centre at Hillingdon Hospital. Doors will open at 6.45pm, with the presentation beginning at 7pm.
In January 2025, the Government announced that the redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital would proceed in the New Hospital Programme, a major UK initiative to modernise healthcare infrastructure in England. It advised that all new hospital builds should comply with a standardised blueprint, Hospital 2.0, which sets out how key areas of the hospital should be designed and laid out. We have been updating our designs to reflect this and would like to share these with you and hear your views. The new hospital will provide modern, state-of-the-art facilities that support outstanding care for local people, improve the experience of patients and staff, and embrace the latest technology, helping to meet the healthcare needs of our communities for years to come.
This is an opportunity to meet the project team, learn more about the proposals and ask any questions you may have.
Please register your attendance and let us know about any accessibility or language requirements by emailing thh.newhillingdonhospital@nhs.net or calling 0800 048 5592. This line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The Education Centre is accessible from the public car park near the main entrance of the hospital. The What3Words location is: ///always.civil.trash
We look forward to welcoming you.
Kind regards Jason Seez Chief infrastructure and redevelopment officer
