The Metropolitan Police would like to make you aware of three FREE female-only Personal Safety Awareness sessions that have been arranged for females within the London Borough of Hillingdon, details of which are below:
Wednesday 08/03/2023 (2 separate sessions)

• Time: 10:00-11:00hrs and 13:00-14:00hrs
  (part of International Women’s Day)
• Venue: BECK THEATRE – GRANGE ROAD, HAYES, UB3 2UE
• What: FREE Personal Safety Awareness session consisting of a basic self defence class (with an external male instructor) and local police officers available post class for attendees to raise any concerns about safety in the local area and for officers to provide crime prevention advice and support
• For: Any female who is a resident of the London Borough of Hillingdon

Monday 20/03/2023 (1 session)

• Time: 10:00-11:30hrs
• Venue: FASSNIDGE COMMUNITY HALL – 2 HAREFIELD ROAD, UXBRIDGE, UB8 1GW
• What: FREE Personal Safety Awareness session consisting of a basic self defence class (with an external male instructor) and local police officers available post class for attendees to raise any concerns about safety in the local area and for officers to provide crime prevention advice and support
• For: Females 50+ years old who are resident within the London Borough of Hillingdon
