Enforcement of dropped kerbs
The Council provides a service for residents and businesses that find their access blocked by a motorist.
You will need to register your property if you have a dropped kerb – The Association’s General Secretary registered hers many years ago but was allowed to register again. This suggests that, since it is now an outsourced facility, previous registrations have not been carried forward.
