More on Harvil Road hiccup

From R Connors

I have received confirmation that there is an incident happening with a Thames Water Sewer on the Uxbridge Golf Course that is requiring Tankers to remove sewage via Harvil Road.

At present there are Emergency 2-Way Traffic Lights on Harvil Road to facilitate this, in place between Harvil Farm and HS2 Gate 1 (2 lots of works shown on One Network but LBH Streetworks tell me that contained within 1 set of Traffic Management):

Overnight full road  closure on Harvil Road

Notification
How these works will affect you
From 17 February to 17 March 2025, Harvil Road will be closed overnight north and south of the new
Harvil Road bridge over the Chiltern Line, between 12am and 5am. A clearly signed diversion will be in
place via Moorhall Road / A412 / A40.
For safety reasons, temporary traffic management will be in place. However, this will be removed at the
end of each shift. During the road closure, local access to residential and commercial properties (including
the Dogs Trust) will be maintained, however, there will be no through access for emergency services.
We would like to apologise in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause. Every effort is
being taken to ensure that these works are carried out in the least impactful way. We will ensure that
disruption is kept to a minimum.
