AGM postponed and Coronavirus

In view of the rapidly changing situation and advice on the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the decision to postpone our AGM scheduled for 17th April 2020. Once the situation has eased we will call an EGM to cover the decisions we would normally have made at the AGM and we will let you have the requisite notice of its date.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but feel it is the safest and wisest course of action.

This information will be going on our website and via all our other means of communication but if you could let any neighbours who are not on social media know, we would be very grateful.

Also in the true spirit of our village community:

Lets keep looking out for each other

We are rightly proud of our community spirit in Ickenham and, over the coming weeks, please have a think about your friends and  neighbours  that might need a hand.

Age UK says:

Stay in touch over the phone, by post, online or by popping over for a chat.

See if people need any shopping or help by running some errands.

Encourage people to stay active around the house and keep moving.
