Upcoming HS2 drop-in meetings – update

New dates for HS2 meet-ups. (Includes some you already know):

We now have the dates for the HS2 drop-ins from Ruislip Manor library as well as some additional slots. Our full schedule is as follows:

September
Friday 28, Harefield library, 1pm to 5pm

October
Monday 1, Ruislip Manor library, 4pm to 8pm
Friday 19, Harefield library, 1.30pm to 5pm
Monday 22, Ickenham library, 1.30pm to 5pm

November
Thursday 1, Ruislip Manor library, 3.30pm to 6.30pm
Friday 16, Harefield library, 1pm to 5pm
Monday 19, Ruislip Manor library, 4pm to 8pm
Monday 26, Ickenham library, 1.30pm to 5pm

December
Monday 3, Harefield library, 6pm to 9pm

Upcoming HS2 drop-in meetings

Most of you will know that we are planning to host regular monthly drop-in sessions in Ickenham, Ruislip and Harefield.

At these sessions Grant Blowers, the local HS2 community engagement manager for Hillingdon, as well as our contractors, will be available to meet one-to-one with local residents and answer any questions they may have.  Below are the dates we have confirmed in Harefield and Ickenham.  We are still waiting to hear back from the libraries in Ruislip but I wanted to let you know that we are making progress on this.

We will be making these dates available on HS2inHillingdon and I will be able to give you an update on how we plan to communicate them more widely at our meeting next week.

 

Monthly drop-in sessions dates:

September 2018

Friday 28, Harefield library – 1pm to 5pm

October 2018

Monday 22, Ickenham Library – 1.30pm to 5pm

November 2018

Friday 16, Harefield library – 1pm to 5pm

Ickenham village boundary + Ward overlaps

Wow! That last post caused a stir. Especially when it went onto Facebook.

You all deserve clarification. The boundaries being discussed are the Wards, not the Ickenham boundary itself. Here’s a map, showing which bits of Ickenham fall into which wards. I stole the map from those nice people at Ickenham Neighbourhood Forum
